A nice day for a walking through the Edmonton River Valley. I find these long walks alone a great way to decompress and refocus my thinking. Bringing along my camera is also important for me. I never know when I find a location that really kicks me upside the head and says to me "hey! take this shot!". I choose to use my D80 with the 18-200mm because it gives me the most versatility by having the largest focal range in one lens which makes walking around for a couple of hours less strenuous! Hopefully, in the next week, I will be able to arrange a group photo walk. I've had many local photographers interested in the idea and I know I would benefit from the creative collaboration with others. Just hope the weather holds up this winter. We sure have been lucky so far!
